Founded and scaled RIL CREED to 3,000+ customers and secured corporate partnerships. Fundraising for conservation programs and led ESG advisory engagements for 50+ corporate clients.
Johanna envisions a world with empowered women, responsible businesses and bags filled with beach sand and wonders of the world. As a social entrepreneur starting at the age of 25, she has co-founded a mom and daughter business LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) in Hong Kong and JOYOGA, the first original hot yoga franchise in Beijing.
She was profiled in the Standard (Hong Kong) newspaper in 2018 April titled “Bags Binge” and featured on Retail in Asia. Her retail consulting experience in Boston has prepared her with an analytical focus on retail innovation and trend forecasting.
When she’s not at the store making friends with customers and female entrepreneurs, you can find her teaching yoga or hiking on the MacLehose trail.
Her first flagship store under ethical label RIL CREED has opened in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay since 2014. With age-old craftsmanship from a family-ran workshop, she is building a circular economy by upcycling industry waste one bag at a time.
